What it does
Comptroller, State - As enacted, prohibits an LEA or public charter school from using public funds to initiate or maintain any civil action or proceeding against this state or an agency or officer of this state to challenge a school or district accountability measure established under state law. - Amends TCA Title 49. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 818 by the Secretary of State.
