What it does
County Government - As enacted, declares that the offices of sheriff, register, county clerk, assessor of property, and trustee are the constitutional officers of a county that has adopted a charter form of government; specifies the duties for each constitutional officer. - Amends TCA Title 5. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 221 by the Secretary of State.
