What it does
Students - As enacted, requires local education agencies to transfer a student's record, including the student's disciplinary record, to the school to which the student is transferring within five business days of the date on which the student's records request was received by the LEA. - Amends TCA Title 49. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 156 by the Secretary of State.
