What it does

Bail, Bail Bonds - As enacted, specifies that venue for prosecution of the offense of knowingly violating a condition of release is generally the county in which the conduct constituting the violation of a condition of release occurred; clarifies that if one or more elements of the offense are committed in different counties, then the offense may be prosecuted in either county. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40. HB0078 has been assigned Public Chapter Number 188 by the Secretary of State.
