What it does

Education - As enacted, specifies that in an educational neglect case a subpoena may be issued for a student's attendance record, including all previous school years that the student attended a public school, in accordance with relevant privacy laws. - Amends TCA Title 37 and Title 49. HB0061 has been assigned Public Chapter Number 133 by the Secretary of State.
