What it does

County Government - As enacted, authorizes certain county legislative bodies, by a two-thirds vote, to remove any member of an appointed board or commission, if such removal is recommended by the appointing authority and the member of the board or commission is given at least five business days' notice of the meeting when the vote on removal will occur. - Amends TCA Title 5. HB0056 has been assigned Public Chapter Number 132 by the Secretary of State.
