S3339 2026 -- S 3339 ======== LC006554 ======== STATE OF RHODE ISLAND IN GENERAL ASSEMBLY JANUARY SESSION, A.D. 2026 ____________ A N A C T RELATING TO ELECTIONS -- CONDUCT OF ELECTION AND VOTING EQUIPMENT, AND SUPPLIES Introduced By: Senators Quezada, Mack, Acosta, Euer, and Vargas Date Introduced: June 01, 2026 Referred To: Senate Judiciary It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 17-19 of the General Laws entitled Conduct of Election and Voting 2 Equipment, and Supplies is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: 3 17-19-55. Voting interference. 4 Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement employees, agents, or officials shall not 5 enter or remain within two hundred feet (200 ) of any polling place at which voting is being 6 conducted, including both early voting and election day voting, except when such Federal 7 Immigration and Customs employee, agent or official is present to vote in compliance with all 8 applicable law, rules and regulations. 9 SECTION 2.
