S3294 2026 -- S 3294 ======== LC006465 ======== STATE OF RHODE ISLAND IN GENERAL ASSEMBLY JANUARY SESSION, A.D. 2026 ____________ A N A C T RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES Introduced By: Senators Felag, Lauria, Ujifusa, and DiPalma Date Introduced: May 15, 2026 Referred To: Senate Judiciary It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Joseph 2 Couto may join Brandon Kemmy and Jacqueline Manousos in marriage within the Town of 3 Tiverton, Rhode Island on or about August 2, 2026. Joseph Couto is hereby authorized and 4 empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 5 3 of Title 15 of the General laws, entitled Solemnization of Marriages. 6 SECTION 2.
