H7165 2026 -- H 7165 ======== LC004368 ======== STATE OF RHODE ISLAND IN GENERAL ASSEMBLY JANUARY SESSION, A.D. 2026 ____________ A N A C T RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES Introduced By: Representatives Chippendale, Blazejewski, and Shekarchi Date Introduced: January 20, 2026 Referred To: House read and passed It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the 2 Honorable Mayor Frank Picozzi may join Madeline Marie Hopkins and Cameron David Charron 3 in marriage within the City of Warwick, Rhode Island on or about February 10, 2026. The 4 Honorable Mayor Frank Picozzi is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons 5 in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General laws, entitled 6 “Solemnization of Marriages.” 7 SECTION 2.
