Edwards Date Introduced: January 15, 2026 Referred To: House Municipal Government & Housing It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 45-53 of the General Laws entitled Low and Moderate Income 2 Housing is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: 3 45-53-17. Affordable housing stock in Tiverton. 4 The Rhode Island housing authority shall verify and document the count of affordable 5 housing stock in the town of Tiverton two (2) times per year. 6 SECTION 2.
