7 An Act relating to discrimination; adopting certain
7 definition of anti-Semitism; providing for
8 codification; providing an effective date; and
8 declaring an emergency.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
12
13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1911 of Title 25, unless there
13
14 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

15 The State of Oklahoma hereby adopts the following non-legally
15
16 binding working definition of anti-Semitism:
16
17 "Anti-Semitism" means a certain perception of Jewish people,
17
18 which may be expressed as hatred toward Jewish people. Rhetorical
18
19 and physical manifestations of anti-Semitism are directed toward
19
20 Jewish or non-Jewish individuals or their property, toward Jewish
20
21 community institutions and religious facilities.

22 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
22
23 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
23
24 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby

1 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and

2 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
