6 An Act relating to memorial highway and bridge
6 designations; designating the SFC Tomas L. Avey
7 Bronze Star and Purple Heart Recipient Memorial
7 Highway; providing for codification; and providing an
8 effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
12
13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.468 of Title 69, unless
13
14 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

15 The section of State Highway 102 beginning at the intersection
15
16 of East 990 Road extending north to the intersection of East
16
17 Memorial Road in Lincoln County shall be designated as the "SFC
17
18 Tomas L. Avey Bronze Star and Purple Heart Recipient Memorial
18
19 Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
19
20 permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
20
21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
