7 An Act relating to the Workforce Coordination
7 Revolving Fund; amending Section 3, Chapter 22, 2nd
8 Extraordinary Session, O.S.L. 2022, as amended by
8 Section 1, Chapter 437, O.S.L. 2024 (62 O.S. Supp.
9 2024, Section 255.4), which relates to creation of
9 fund; transferring powers of the fund to the Oklahoma
10 Workforce Commission; removing reference to transfer
10 of funds; providing an effective date; and declaring
11 an emergency.

14 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

15 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 3, Chapter 22, 2nd
15
16 Extraordinary Session, O.S.L. 2022, as amended by Section 1, Chapter
16
17 437, O.S.L. 2024 (62 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section 255.4), is amended to
17
18 read as follows:

19 Section 255.4. A. There is hereby created in the State
19
20 Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce
20
21 Workforce Commission to be designated the "Workforce Coordination
21
22 Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject
22
23 to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies directed
23
24 for deposit by law.

1 B. Any funds remaining in the Workforce Coordination Revolving

2 Fund as of July 1, 2024, are hereby considered obligated by the
2
3 Oklahoma Legislature for the purpose of workforce development
3
4 initiatives.

5 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
5
6 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
6
7 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
7
8 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
8
9 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
