7 An Act relating to incentives; amending 68 O.S. 2021,
7 Section 4301, which relates to the Oklahoma Quality
8 Events Incentive Act; extending period in which the
8 act is effective; and declaring an emergency.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 68 O.S. 2021, Section 4301, is

13 amended to read as follows:

14 Section 4301. This act shall be known and may be cited as the
14
15 "Oklahoma Quality Events Incentive Act" and shall be in effect
15
16 through June 30, 2026 June 30, 2031.
16
17 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
17
18 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
18
19 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
19
20 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
