7 An Act relating to motorcycles; defining term;
7 requiring law enforcement agencies to perform certain
8 review and audit; providing for codification; and
8 providing an effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
13
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 15-133 of Title 47, unless there
14
15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

16 For the purpose of this section, "motorcycle profiling" means
16
17 the discriminatory use of the fact that a person rides a motorcycle
17
18 or wears motorcycle-related paraphernalia as a factor in deciding to
18
19 stop and question, take enforcement action against, arrest, or
19
20 search a person or vehicle with or without a legal basis under the
20
21 United States Constitution or the Oklahoma Constitution.

22 Every law enforcement agency in this state shall be required to
22
23 review and audit its existing procedures, practices, and training
23
24 related to motorcycle profiling.

1 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
