7 An Act relating to medical marijuana license;
7 amending 63 O.S. 2021, Section 424, which relates to
8 marijuana transportation license; allowing license to
8 provide certain services; and providing an effective
9 date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 424, is
12
13 amended to read as follows:
13
14 Section 424. A. A marijuana transportation license will be
14
15 issued to qualifying applicants for a marijuana retail, growing, or
15
16 processing license. The transportation license will be issued at
16
17 the time of approval of a retail, growing, or processing license.
17
18 B. A transportation license will allow the holder to transport
18
19 marijuana from an Oklahoma licensed medical marijuana retailer,
19
20 licensed growing facility, or licensed processor facility to an
20
21 Oklahoma licensed medical marijuana retailer, licensed growing
21
22 facility, or licensed processing facility.

1 C. All marijuana or marijuana products shall be transported in

2 a locked container and clearly labeled "Medical Marijuana or
2
3 Derivative".

4 D. A transportation license shall allow the licensee to
4
5 transport marijuana from a medical marijuana retailer licensed in
5
6 this state to a patient licensed in this state.

7 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
