6 An Act relating to definitions and general
6 provisions; prohibiting certain future action;
7 declaring protection of certain rights; providing for
7 codification; and providing an effective date.

10 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

11 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
11
12 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3001 of Title 25, unless there
12
13 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

14 The use of a 3D laser cutting machine, 3D printer, or additive
14
15 manufacturing device including, but not limited to, the software,
15
16 technology, equipment, mechanical systems, or filament shall not be
16
17 prohibited by this state or any political subdivision of this state.

18 The rights of individuals in Oklahoma to use a 3D laser cutting
18
19 machine, 3D printer, or additive manufacturing device shall be
19
20 protected in this state.

21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
