10 forfeiture of certain substances; repealing 63 O.S.
11 2021, Section 2-506, which relates to notice of
11 seizure and forfeiture proceeding; repealing 63 O.S.
12 2021, Section 2-507, which relates to itemization and
12 submission for destruction; repealing 63 O.S. 2021,
13 Section 2-508, which relates to disposition of seized
13 property; and providing an effective date.

16 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

17 SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 2-503, is
17
18 hereby repealed.

19 SECTION 2. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 2-503A, is
19
20 hereby repealed.

21 SECTION 3. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 2-504, is

22 hereby repealed.

23 SECTION 4. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 2-505, is

24 hereby repealed.
