7 An Act relating to Service Oklahoma; requiring
7 certain directives to be in writing; providing
8 penalty; defining term; providing for codification;
8 and providing an effective date.

1 2 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
13
1 4 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3-111 of Title 47, unless there
14
1 5 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
15
16 A. Any directive or instruction regarding policy and rules that
16
1 7 is to be given by an employee of Service Oklahoma to another
17
1 8 employee of Service Oklahoma shall be in writing and shall clearly
18
1 9 state who is providing the directive or instruction. Any employee
19
2 0 who gives a directive or instruction that violates state statute or
20
2 1 legislative intent shall be suspended for thirty (30) days without
21
2 2 pay.

1 B. For the purposes of this section "employee of Service
1
2 Oklahoma" shall mean any individual currently employed by Service
2
3 Oklahoma, including the Executive Director.

4 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
