12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1-181, is
13
14 amended to read as follows:

15 Section 1-181. Transporter.
15
16 Every "Transporter" shall mean every person engaged in the
16
17 business of delivering vehicles of a type required to be registered
17
18 hereunder from a manufacturing, assembling, or distributing plant to
18
19 dealers or sales agents of a manufacturer or from the place of
19
20 business of a dealer, sales agent, or auto auction to a place of
20
21 business of the same or another dealer, sales agent, or auto
21
22 auction, or while engaged in the business of dealing vehicles to a
22
23 salvage pool operated in accordance with Section 591.11 of this
23
24 title.

1 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
