7   An Act relating to the state Medicaid program;

7   requiring the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to

8   include certain information in annual budget request;

8   specifying calculation method of certain costs;

9   providing for codification; and providing an

9   effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13  SECTION 1.     NEW LAW    A new section of law to be codified

13

14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-1925.2A of Title 63, unless
14

15 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
15

16  A. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority in its annual budget

16

17 request submitted pursuant to Section 34.36 of Title 62 of the
17

18 Oklahoma Statutes shall include a supplemental item reflecting the
18

19 new state and federal funding necessary to meet the additional costs
19

20 associated with reimbursing nursing facilities and intermediate care
20

21 facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities at the
21

22 most recent audited cost.

23  B. Audited cost shall be calculated by using the latest cost

23

24 report submitted to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.

1   SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
