6 An Act relating to the Oklahoma Department of
6 Commerce; making an appropriation; providing purpose;
7 and providing an effective date.

9 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

10 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma
10
11 Department of Commerce from any monies not otherwise appropriated
11
12 from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal
12
13 year ending June 30, 2024, the sum of Twenty Million Dollars
13
14 ($20,000,000.00) for the purpose of providing a rebate for capital
14
15 investments in an establishment that refines, manufactures, or
15
16 processes compounds or elements into hydrogen-based products in
16
17 industries defined or classified in the North American Industry
17
18 Classification System (NAICS) Manual under Subsector 324 or 325 or
18
19 so much thereof as may be necessary to perform the duties imposed
19
20 upon the Oklahoma Department of Commerce by law.

21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
