7   An Act relating to state symbols; designating wheat

7   as the official crop of Oklahoma; providing for

8   codification; and providing an effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12  SECTION 1.      NEW LAW  A new section of law to be codified

12

13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 98.26 of Title 25, unless there
13

14 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
14

15  Wheat is hereby designated and adopted as the official crop of

15

16 the State of Oklahoma.

17  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
