7 An Act relating to cities and towns; prohibiting
7 municipalities from enforcing certain ordinance;
8 providing for codification; and providing an

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
12
13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 43-117 of Title 11, unless there
13
14 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
14
15 No municipality shall enact or enforce an ordinance authorizing
15
16 the conditional reversion of the zoning of a property.
16
17 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
