7 An Act relating to the Oklahoma Water Resources
7 Board; making an appropriation; stating purpose; and
8 declaring an emergency.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Water
12
13 Resources Board from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
13
14 General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
14
15 ending June 30, 2023, the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand
15
16 Dollars ($1,200,000.00) for the purpose of providing infrastructure
16
17 grants to rural water districts of this state.

18 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
18
19 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
19
20 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
20
21 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
