7 An Act relating to anesthesia services; prohibiting
7 certain insurers from reducing certain payments;
8 providing for codification; and providing an
8 effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
12
13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7501 of Title 36, unless there
13
14 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

15 No insurer in this state shall reduce the amount of payment for
15
16 anesthesia services solely due to the participation of a Certified
16
17 Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in anesthesia services.

18 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
