6 An Act relating to the Oklahoma Motor Carrier Safety
6 and Hazardous Materials Transportation Act;
7 authorizing certain representation in certain
7 administrative hearing; providing for codification;
8 and providing an effective date.

10 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

11 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
11
12 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 230.19 of Title 47, unless there
12
13 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
13
14 During an Oklahoma Motor Carrier Safety and Hazardous Materials
14
15 Transportation Act administrative hearing, a motor carrier organized
15
16 as a corporation, limited liability company, limited liability
16
17 partnership, or partnership may be represented by an officer,
17
18 member, manager, or partner of the entity at the administrative
18
19 hearing if the motor carrier chooses not to be represented by an
19
20 attorney.

21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
