7 An Act relating to memorial highway and bridge
7 designations; designating the John Skelley Memorial
8 Highway; providing for codification; and providing an
8 effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
12
13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.510 of Title 69, unless
13
14 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

15 The section of State Highway 325 beginning at the intersection
15
16 of Ellis Avenue in Boise City extending northwesterly to the
16
17 Oklahoma-New Mexico border in Cimmaron County shall be designated as
17
18 the "John Skelley Memorial Highway". The Department of
18
19 Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
19
20 name to be placed on the bridge.

21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026
