7   An Act relating to education; repealing 70 O.S. 2021,

7   Sections 1210.451, 1210.452, and 1210.453, which

8   relate to the Oklahoma School for the Visual and

8   Performing Arts; and providing an effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12  SECTION 1.    REPEALER  70 O.S. 2021, Sections 1210.451,

12

13 1210.452, and 1210.453, are hereby repealed.
13

14  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
