7 An Act relating to definitions and general
7 provisions; stating purpose of act; creating right to
8 refuse any vaccine, medication, microchip, external
8 tracker, or other manufactured product; prohibiting
9 certain mandates by public and private entities;
9 making violators civilly liable; directing certain
10 relief; providing for codification; and declaring an
10 emergency.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

14 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
14
15 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2051 of Title 25, unless there
15
16 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

17 A. The purpose of this act is to protect every person's right
17
18 to exercise medical freedom, personal autonomy, and personal bodily
18
19 privacy.

20 B. Every person shall have the right to refuse any vaccine,
20
21 medication, microchip, external tracker, or any other manufactured
21
22 product.

23 C. No person shall be mandated by the state, a political
23
24 subdivision, an educational institution, an employer, a business, or

1 any other public or private entity to receive, purchase, or consent
1
2 to any vaccine, medication, microchip, external tracker, or any
2
3 other manufactured product as a condition of receiving public
3
4 services, admittance to an educational institution, employment,
4
5 consumer goods or services, access to a place of public
5
6 accommodation, or any other privilege or right.

7 D. A person or entity who violates subsection C of this section
7
8 or otherwise infringes on the right conferred by subsection B of
8
9 this section shall be liable in a civil action. The court shall
9
10 award a prevailing plaintiff any appropriate relief including, but
10
11 not limited to, injunctive relief, declaratory relief, compensatory
11
12 damages, punitive damages, costs, and reasonable attorney fees.
12
13 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
13
14 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
14
15 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
15
16 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
