7   An Act relating to veterans; establishing certain

7   center; requiring certain collaborations; providing

8   for codification; and providing an effective date.

10 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

11  SECTION 1.     NEW LAW  A new section of law to be codified

11

12 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 451 of Title 72, unless there is
12

13 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
13

14  A. The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs shall establish

14

15 their headquarters and a veterans resource center in Del City,
15

16 Oklahoma, that provides information and referral services to connect
16

17 veterans with available public and private services.
17

18  B. Any state agency that provides any services to veterans

18

19 shall collaborate with the Department to provide services through
19

20 the veterans resource center established under this section.
20

21  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
