7 An Act relating to state government; designating the
7 Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-
8 Islamic Relations as domestic terror organizations;
8 providing for codification; and declaring an
9 emergency.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
13
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 13001 of Title 74, unless there
14
15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

16 The Legislature hereby designates the Muslim Brotherhood and its
16
17 successor organization, the Council on American-Islamic Relations
17
18 (CAIR), as domestic terrorist organizations. All relevant state
18
19 departments and agencies shall utilize all applicable authorities to
19
20 investigate, disrupt, and dismantle any and all illegal operations,
20
21 especially those involving terrorist actions, conducted by the
21
22 Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR, or any person claiming to act on behalf of
22
23 the Muslim Brotherhood or CAIR, or for which the Muslim Brotherhood,
23
24 CAIR, or any person claiming to act on behalf of the Muslim

1 Brotherhood or CAIR provided material support, including necessary

2 investigatory and prosecutorial actions against those who fund such
2
3 operations.

4 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
4
5 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
5
6 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
6
7 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
