7 An Act relating to grand juries; repealing 22 O.S.
7 2021, Section 384, which relates to names of
8 witnesses endorsed on indictment; and providing an
8 effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. REPEALER 22 O.S. 2021, Section 384, is hereby
12
13 repealed.

14 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective in accordance with
14
15 the provisions of Section 58 of Article V of the Oklahoma
15
16 Constitution.
