7   An Act relating to public health; repealing 63 O.S.

7   2021, Sections 1-235, 1-236, 1-237, and 1-238, which

8   relate to the Act for Coordination of Efforts for

8   Prevention of Adolescent Pregnancy and Sexually

9   Transmitted Diseases; and providing an effective

9   date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13  SECTION 1.      REPEALER  63 O.S. 2021, Sections 1-235, 1-236,

13

14 1-237, and 1-238, are hereby repealed.

15  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
