7   An Act relating to the Department of Mental Health

7   and Substance Abuse Services; making appropriations;

8   stating purposes; and declaring an emergency.

10 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

11  SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of

11

12 Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services from any monies not
12

13 otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State
13

14 Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, the sum of Twenty
14

15 Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be
15

16 necessary to pay Title XIX costs remaining for the fiscal year
16

17 ending June 30, 2025.

18  SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of

18

19 Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services from any monies not
19

20 otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State
20

21 Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, the sum of
21

22 Eighteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($18,500,000.00) or
22

23 so much thereof as may be necessary to provide payments for
23

24 providers through the Enhanced Tier Payment System. Such funds

1 shall be used to supplement rather than replace existing resources

2 and programs.

3   SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of

4 Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services from any monies not
4

5 otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State
5

6 Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, the sum of
6

7 Thirty-two Million Dollars ($32,000,000.00) or so much thereof as
7

8 may be necessary to renew contracts with service providers that were
8

9 in effect in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, but not renewed
9

10 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.

11  SECTION 4. It being immediately necessary for the preservation

11

12 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
12

13 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
13

14 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
