7   An Act relating to medical marijuana; authorizing the

7   Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority to develop

8   certain policies and procedures; requiring certain

8   license applicants to submit certain attestation;

9   requiring disclosure of certain amounts; establishing

9   certain timeframe in which to submit certain

10  attestation; requiring Authority to create and make

10  publicly available certain form of attestation;

11  providing for codification; and providing an

11  effective date.

14 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

15  SECTION 1.      NEW LAW  A new section of law to be codified

15

16 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 427.30 of Title 63, unless there
16

17 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

18  A. The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority is hereby

18

19 authorized to develop policies and procedures for a medical
19

20 marijuana business to disclose any outstanding state fees, fines,
20

21 taxes, or other debts prior to the sale of a medical marijuana
21

22 business.

23  B. Upon the effective date of this act, current medical

23

24 marijuana business licensees shall be required to submit under

1 penalty of perjury, an attestation confirming or denying the
1

2 existence of any outstanding state fees, fines, taxes, or other
2

3 debts and, if applicable, shall disclose the amount of such fees,
3

4 fines, taxes, or other debts. Medical marijuana business licensees
4

5 shall, within sixty (60) days after the effective date of this act,
5

6 submit such attestation to the Authority prior to the sale of a
6

7 medical marijuana business. The Authority shall prescribe the form
7

8 of the attestation required under the provisions of this section,
8

9 and such form shall include an itemized list of any outstanding
9

10 state fees, fines, taxes, or other debts. The Authority shall make
10

11 the form available on its publicly accessible Internet website.

12  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
