7 An Act relating to elections; amending 26 O.S. 2021,
7 Section 3-123, which relates to polling places;
8 requiring political subdivisions to provide polling
8 place; and providing an effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 3-123, is
12
13 amended to read as follows:
13
14 Section 3-123. The board of education of any school district
14
15 may, and the governing board of any municipality or political
15
16 subdivision for which a county election board conducts elections
16
17 shall, furnish a room or rooms in any school building or municipal
17
18 building for use as a polling place at no cost.
18
19 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
