6 An Act relating to appropriations; making an
6 appropriation; stating purpose of appropriation;
7 providing an effective date; and declaring an
7 emergency.

10 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

11 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of
11
12 Transportation from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
12
13 General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
13
14 ending June 30, 2023, the sum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00)
14
15 or so much thereof as may be necessary to improve access to
15
16 industrial areas experiencing major developments.

17 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
17
18 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
18
19 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
19
20 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
20
21 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
