7 An Act relating to appropriations; making an
7 appropriation to the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation
8 Department; stating purpose; providing an effective
8 date; and declaring an emergency.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Tourism
12
13 and Recreation Department from any monies not otherwise appropriated
13
14 from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal
14
15 year ending June 30, 2027, the sum of One Million Three Hundred
15
16 Thousand Dollars ($1,300,000.00) for the purpose of providing
16
17 support to multi-county organizations to support tourism.

18 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2026.
18
19 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
19
20 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
20
21 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
21
22 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
