9 An Act relating to appropriations; making an
9 appropriation to the Supreme Court; stating purpose;
10 and declaring an emergency.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Supreme Court
13
14 from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue
14
15 Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026,
15
16 the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) or so much
16
17 thereof as may be necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the
17
18 Supreme Court by law.

19 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
19
20 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
20
21 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
21
22 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
