9 An Act relating to appropriations; making an
9 appropriation to the Department of Transportation;
10 stating purpose; and declaring an emergency.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of
13
14 Transportation from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
14
15 General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
15
16 ending June 30, 2026, the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
16
17 ($100,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to perform the
17
18 duties imposed upon the Department of Transportation by law.

19 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
19
20 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
20
21 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
21
22 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
