10 An Act relating to education; making an appropriation
10 to the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education;
11 providing purpose; and declaring an emergency.

14 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

15 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma State
15
16 Regents for Higher Education from any monies not otherwise
16
17 appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
17
18 the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, the sum of One Hundred
18
19 Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) or so much thereof as may be
19
20 necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the Oklahoma State
20
21 Regents for Higher Education by law.
21
22 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
22
23 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
23

1 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and

2 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
