7 An Act relating to agriculture; allowing the Oklahoma
7 Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to
8 enter into certain partnerships for certain purpose;
8 providing for codification; and providing an
9 effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
13
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2-32 of Title 2, unless there is
14
15 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

16 The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry may
16
17 enter into any public or private partnerships to foster veterinary
17
18 medicine business development in rural communities and other areas
18
19 of the state with a shortage of local veterinary services.

20 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
