7 AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to labor; allowing public employees
8 to enter into collective bargaining agreements;
providing for codification; and providing an
9 effective date.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
14 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
15 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 610 of Title 40, unless there is
16 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
17 All public employees shall have the right of self-organization
18 and the right to form, join, or assist any employee organization of
19 bargaining collectively through representatives of their own
20 choosing on questions of wages, hours, and other terms and
21 conditions of employment, and to engage in lawful, concerted
22 activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual
23 aid or protection, free from interference, restraint, or coercion.

1 An employee shall have the right to refrain from any or all of such
2 activities.
3 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
