7                             AS INTRODUCED

8   An Act relating to crimes and punishments; repealing

    21 O.S. 2021, Sections 901, 902, and 903, which

9   relate to the crime of blasphemy; and providing an

    effective date.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

14  SECTION 1.      REPEALER  21 O.S. 2021, Sections 901, 902, and

15 903, are hereby repealed.

16  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
