6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to Medicaid; directing the Oklahoma
Health Care Authority to apply for a 1115 waiver;
8 directing for expansion in medical respite and
supportive housing; providing for codification; and
9 providing an effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4010 of Title 56, unless there
15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
16 The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall apply for a 1115 waiver
17 with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to expand
18 coverage for medical respite and supportive housing.
19 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
