6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to rules against perpetuities;
providing that the rules against perpetuities shall
8 not be applied to will, trust, and property
conveyances; providing for codification; and
9 providing an effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2101 of Title 60, unless there
15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
16 When not prohibited by the Oklahoma Constitution, the common law
17 provision known as the rules against perpetuities shall not be
18 applied to any wills, trust, or property conveyance in the State of
19 Oklahoma.
20 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
