6                            AS INTRODUCED

7   An Act relating to memorial roads and bridges;

    designating the Toby Keith Memorial Interchange;

8   directing markers be placed; providing for

    codification; and providing an effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13  SECTION 1.      NEW LAW  A new section of law to be codified

14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.501 of Title 69, unless

15 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

16  The interchange of Interstate 35 and Indian Hills Road in

17 Cleveland County shall be designated as the "Toby Keith Memorial

18 Interchange". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable

19 markers bearing that name to be placed at the interchange.

20  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
