6                            AS INTRODUCED

7   An Act relating to the Oklahoma Child Care Facilities

    Licensing Act; requiring one master teacher for

8   certain number of enrolled children; providing for

    codification; and providing an effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13  SECTION 1.      NEW LAW  A new section of law to be codified

14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 404.4 of Title 10, unless there

15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

16  The master teacher ratio required for two-, three-, four- and

17 five-star centers shall be one (1) full-time master teacher for

18 every sixty (60) children actually enrolled at a licensed child care

19 facility.

20  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
