6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to elections; prohibiting the
appearance of presidential candidate name on ballot
8 who violates constitutional eligibility requirements;
clarifying constitutional eligibility requirements;
9 providing for codification; and providing an
effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 6-121 of Title 26, unless there
15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
16 The name of any presidential candidate who violates federal
17 constitutional eligibility requirements shall not appear on a
18 ballot. The term "federal constitutional eligibility requirements"
19 shall mean the requirements to hold the office of President found in
20 the Constitution of the United States, and the amendments thereto.
21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
